Terms of service

These terms govern your use of followersengine.com and any order you place through it. By purchasing, you agree to them. If you do not, do not place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must own the Instagram account you submit, or have permission from the person who does.

What we provide

We deliver a specified quantity of followers, likes or views to a public Instagram account, post, Reel or Story that you identify by public username or URL. We do not access your account, request credentials, post content, or interact with your audience in any way.

Delivery runs across a window stated on the product page before purchase, and every package completes within 24 hours under normal conditions. Windows are targets and may extend if a platform change, an outage or an unusually large queue interferes.

Your responsibilities

• Keep the account public for the duration of delivery. A private account blocks delivery and voids the refill guarantee for that order.
• Submit the correct username. Delivery begins within minutes and cannot be redirected once started.
• Do not run concurrent orders for the same account from us or any other provider — overlapping deliveries produce patterns neither provider can control.
• Do not change your username while an order is running.

What we do not promise

We deliver units. We do not promise engagement, reach, Explore placement, brand deals, sales, or any business outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise. Results depend on your content and your audience.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Their policies are theirs to set and change. You are responsible for your own compliance with the terms of any platform you use.

Prohibited use

You may not order for an account you do not control or have permission to promote, or for content that is illegal, that harasses or defames anyone, that sexualises minors, or that infringes another party's rights. We will cancel and refund such orders and may decline future business.

Payment

All prices are in US dollars and charged once. There is no subscription, recurring charge or membership. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

Refills and refunds

Refill and refund terms are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or platform action taken against your account.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published when you placed it. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
