What we never do
Ask for your password
We have no login flow and no way to access your account. If any provider asks for credentials or wants two-factor disabled, that is credential harvesting. All we need is the public @username.
Post, comment or message
We never publish anything, never DM your followers and never touch your content. Delivery is one-directional — accounts follow, like or view, and nothing else happens.

How the 60-day refill works
Attrition is normal on any platform. Instagram runs periodic sweeps that remove dormant and inauthentic accounts, and some share of any follower base is caught in them. The refill guarantee exists so that is our problem rather than yours.
If your count falls below what you ordered at any point within 60 days of delivery completing, email support with your order ID and we top it back up at no charge. There is no cap on the number of refills inside the window and no fee attached to any of them.
Two things the refill does not cover, stated plainly: followers you lose because people chose to unfollow you, and orders where the profile was set to private mid-delivery. Views are not covered because views do not drop — they carry a completion guarantee instead.
If an order never starts within 24 hours, or stalls and we cannot fix it, that is a refund rather than a refill. The refund policy has the full terms.

Common questions
Is it safe to buy Instagram followers?
It is safe when the accounts are real and the provider never touches your login. Instagram reacts to implausible spikes — 10,000 followers landing in sixty seconds on an account that had 400 yesterday. Do you need my Instagram password?

Do I need to make my account public?
Yes, while the order is running. A private profile blocks incoming follow requests, so delivery cannot complete. Switch to public before you order and you can switch back once delivery finishes.
Can Instagram tell that I bought followers?
Instagram does not send you a notification or mark your account. What it does detect is unnatural patterns — spikes, engagement ratios that do not match your audience size, and follows from empty accounts. Real accounts with photos, bios and posting history, arriving across hours rather than in one burst, is what keeps the pattern ordinary.
